Terrible customer service. I bought a package of fresh egg noodles 2 days ago, and today I want to make dinner and saw the noodles were all moldy disgusting the whole package, the expiry date is in 1 week still. I already threw out my receipt so I went back and asked to exchange one. They told me I have to have a receipt. The difference between a good customer service and a bad one is, all the major western grocery store or Chinese grocery store chain had let me exchange without a receipt, but here they said I would buy elsewhere and come here to exchange. First they don't pay for the noodles, the factory will take it back, second, it's only $1.99, they sound like I'm trying to scam them $2000. So I had to go home fish out my receipt in the garbage bin and went back to exchange, now it's become a problem of principles. So warning for everyone shopping there, don't expect they care about your purchase once you pay, and keep your receipt until you eat everything. Also they have cans and jars that are often expired on the shelf so make sure you check everything before consumption. Best is just to avoid this store

This was the 2nd time we've used their service and we will definitely use them again and again! Can't beat the excellent service, pricing and quality!!For both events, they were super helpful in making great menu and serving size recommendations and were so accommodating, professional and pleasant to deal with.And of course, the most important part... The food - OUTSTANDING!!! Everyone loved it! We had lots to choose from... Among our faves were the lemon chicken, which was succulent and super tasty! Lasagna was incredibly hearty! Cesar salad dressing is out-of-this-world good! You know the food's great when even the mixed veggie get gobbled up with rave reviews!Shout-out to Mike - Thanks so much for all your help!

When I paid at the cashier they charged me triple price.3 of the cashiers standing around me, told me that the price tag shown is wrong, and the right one was missing according to Mayrand ‘s policy and this is totally normal, why should I feel guilty or be apologetic? Very mad, very bad attitude and services.I learned properly from me why Mayrand and Costco are even could not be competitive.

Décevant et chèreEt leur désinfectant à l'entrée arkkkkkkkkkk je sais pas c'est quoi leur mélange mais il est horrible au niveau de l'odeur et de la texture j'ai eu les mains gluantes et collantes jusqu'à ce que j'arrive chez moi pour me laver

We usually go there for our business shopping f, but lately I like to shop from here for my house as well,They have lots of options especially if you want to buy in bulk.I’m so happy with the pomegranate juice concentrate. And rose water .I usually buy them for $5or $6 in other store here I pay 1:99 each . So happy with this purshase

I ordered a gift basket for someone who was ill. TurkishMart charged me $25 for CanadaPost Xpresspost and then delivered it themselves, to the wrong address, and then wanted the ill recipient to go pick it up because I have to drive 30km" and refused to rectify the issue themselves.They ignored my emails and I had to issue a chargeback through my creditcard provider. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this merchant.EDIT: The merchant has responded. Their driver texted me on the date of delivery stating it was delivered to the incorrect address. They never communicated that they attempted to deliver it to the correct address. They also had no knowledge the recipient was ill. I didn't share that until well after the "delivery attempts".Leaving food with someone who is not the recipient with the expectation that they will deliver it to the correct recipient is unsafe and irresponsible. Had they used CanadaPost Xpresspost - which I specifically paid for - instead of delivering it themselves
